A Religious Blogging Experiment
I just spent a few minutes looking around at a few random blogs by people I do not know. It was a little scary I gotta say. All these people who have no connection with me at all (of coures there are only like what 4 degrees of separation?) are now being invaded by my computer. I say invaded, but I suppose thats the idea of blogging. The potential to be famous. It puts you on a big BLOG BILLBOARD of ideas, rantings and mostly personal journals. I mostly try to be funny with my blogs. (see concerning chicken ducks and message to my future self. my personal favorites) So I would see it very possible some random person finding it funny and reading. (But most likely wouldn't they not find it funny at all?) Another question I have is would they guess that I am a christian after reading a blog of mine? So instead of jokeing around I open the question up to religion. If the dancewriter person comes back, please explain why you are a buddhist. I would like to know. Appearently I have an uncle who is, but I have never gotten the chance to ask him about it. And if any pantheists or shintoist (I'm not even sure if there are any shintoists left in the world) or Arabs have any comments to say. LETS HEAR EM! ...I am as I said before a christain. And I would like to help if I can In any small way to dispell the thoughts that we are close minded bigots. Nothing could be further from the truth. We do believe that man has fallen and we all have sinned, but more importantly we believe in addition there is somthing inherently noble about man. We also believe all men are redemable through Jesus Christ. God didn't want us to stay in a sinfull state because he is a good God (that statment also opens up a can of worms that if any atheist would like to comment on feel free). Thats all I have to say right now. If any other christains (and I know most of my friends who read this blog are) would like to add to what I have said or possibly missrepresented please comment as well.

Wow Mike.
This is intriguing, although i am not sure what to write with no thought provoking ideas published here yet, so I will quote someone I admire greatly.
"Atheism turns out to be too simple. If the whole universe has no meaning, we should never have found out that it has no meaning..."
-- C.S. Lewis
"If I find in myself a desire which no experience in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world."
-- C.S. Lewis
Myself am a fan of the prolific CS Lewis and his straightforward apologetics. Mike, I like this blog entry and I hope that those who come across it will comment becuase this could make for an extremely interesting and enlightening comments page.
